We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Brand Marketing Manager to join Domin in our exciting journey to revolutionise an industry.
We want someone who can help build the Domin brand with a multi-channel marketing approach and creating visually stimulating content, including video, blogs, podcasts, PR, events, internal comms and more. Firmly placing Domin as the industry specialist will be an eventual key objective.
We are looking for someone who is multi skilled and able to balance the needs of the organisation to focus on different roles at different times from branding, PR all the way through to generating MQLs.
If you’re familiar with producing quality visually distinctive work online and offline content to drive marketing outcomes, build audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness, then we’d like to meet you.

Experience of developing brands with multi-channel marketing campaigns
Experience generating content with the ability to create visuals that support the content
Experience doing research using multiple sources
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Quick learner as there will be a lot to learn
Strong presentation, written and relational skills
Organised approach to work

Strong IT and business processes skills
Bristol based, or willing to relocate
4 or more years of experience in marketing
Experience working with Hubspot
A degree, or in lieu, relevant work experience
Experience creating video and podcast content
Experience in the hydraulics industry
Fluent in another language besides English
Deliver campaigns and activities that build brand awareness and generate business opportunities
Create video, audio, visual, and written content to fuel our marketing activities
Research industry-related topics (combining internal interviews and discussions, online sources, interviews, and studies)
Represent Domin in a professional manner at events
Promoting and curating Domin’s brand positioning
Work closely and effectively with sales and engineering
Update website content as needed
