We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Marketing Manager to join Domin in our exciting journey to revolutionise an industry.
Domin has recently adopted Hubspot as CRM platform and have a lead generation agency already helping but beyond this there are so many ways to make this role yours.
We aspire to work towards an ABM approach and develop a healthy output of thought leadership research, webinars, events and information to help the hydraulics industry forward in its process performance. Firmly placing Domin as the industry specialist will be an eventual key objective. We are looking for someone who is multi skilled and able to balance the needs of the orgniasation to focus on different roles at different times from branding, PR all the way through to generating MQLs.
While building for the future the Marketing Manager will be expected to start owning the process of generating MQLs. Working closely with our agency and wider team.

Strong IT and business processes skills
Bristol based, or willing to relocate
4 or more years of experience in marketing
Experience working with Hubspot
A degree, or in lieu, relevant work experience
Experience in a lead generating role
Experience in the hydraulics industry
Fluent in another language besides English
Develop marketing strategy with the CEO and Sales Team
Represent Domin in a professional manner at webinars and events
Generate and deliver on marketing targets
Promoting and curating Domin’s brand positioning
Account based marketing activities
Deliver on lead MQL targets to create value and deliver impact
Work closely and effectively with sales and engineering
Prepare market research on target sectors and products
Define and uphold best practices in marketing
Collaborate with peers across different teams to explore new opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to their commercial development.
Assist with future recruitment and conduct interviews.
