Domin are looking for a driven and motivated person to join a fast growing, engineering focussed technology firm based in the centre of Bristol.
We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join our sales team bringing with them specific industry knowledge and experience. Enabling the team to increase our access to markets, companies and industries.
The role will be a global outward facing role. We need someone who is going to win new customers with a new brand that offers benefits across the board.
The successful candidate will need to have an entrepreneurial attitude to sales with a drive and commitment to achieve aggressive sales targets.
Reporting to the Director of Valve Sales this role will form an integral part of our innovative and exciting team.
There is a strong preference for this role to be office based but there is an opportunity for discussions around remote working.
Essential requirements:
Reporting into the Director of Valve Sales, this critical role will help drive the company into overall profitability and growth. The candidate will have:
- Hydraulics industry experience
- Knowledge of servo valves
- Experience engaging with and selling to customers using servo valves
- Track record of growing sales
- Strong reporting and communication skills
- Technical knowledge of hydraulic products

Key responsibilities:
- Grow our customer base finding new companies in new sectors and territories
- A focus on growing OEM sales direct to customer
- Deliver on ambitious targets on OEM sales growth in the short, medium and long term
- Feeding market insights and industry experience to the sales team to enable faster sales growth across the team
- Feeding into the technology road map from a sales led perspective using industry experience and data to make sure we have the right products being developed to maximise our profitability
- Enable connections to new customers across our sales team promoting faster growth across the board
- Teach the sales team about sales strategies, techniques and things to avoid when selling into OEMs
