Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new clients across diverse sectors and geographical regions, driving growth and market penetration.
- Engage daily with the sales team and engineering department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Involve the appropriate Domin employees in the sales process to effectively convey our vision, mission, and technical benefits to potential customers.
- Focus on expanding both Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sales and sales through distributors, ensuring a balanced and robust sales strategy.
- Deliver ambitious sales growth targets in the short, medium, and long term, contributing significantly to the company’s overall success.
- Use industry experience and data to provide sales-led insights into the technology roadmap. Ensure the development of products that maximize profitability and meet market demands.
- Input clean and accurate data into our CRM system (HubSpot) promptly, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Develop and maintain precise sales forecasts, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Ability to create and implement a strategic business plan for assigned areas or market segments, in alignment with Domin’s overall strategy.
- Demonstrated success in identifying potential customers and executing a sales plan to acquire those prospects.
- Experience in leading sales efforts, with the ability to involve the right team members at the right time to maximize outcomes.
- Proven record of closing complex deals, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Technologically literate with the ability to quickly learn and understand our advanced valve technology.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-growing company environment.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in business processes.
- Excellent presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bristol-based or willing to relocate to Bristol.
