We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Engineer to sell our revolutionary valves. The successful candidate will be a key part of our transition from our start-up phase to our scale up phase and will report directly to the Sales Director.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for delivering against new business targets and then growing those accounts. The successful candidate will be expected to develop their own pipe in addition to manage existing and inbound opportunities.  They will be responsible for delivering on ambitious targets, supported by a world class engineering team.

The role will be a global outward facing role. We need someone who is going to win new customers with a new brand that offers benefits across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow our customer base finding new companies in new sectors and territories.
  • Communicate and collaborate daily with sales team and engineering department, involving the appropriate Domin employee in the sales process to connect the customer with the company and highlight our vision, mission, and technical benefits.
  • A focus on growing both OEM sales and sales through distributors.
  • Deliver on ambitious targets sales growth in the short, medium and long term.
  • Feeding into the technology road map from a sales led perspective using industry experience and data to make sure we have the right products being developed to maximise our profitability.
  • Input clean and accurate data into the CRM (Hubspot) in a timely fashion.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecast.

Essential Requirements:

  • In accordance with Domin’s strategy, the candidate should be able to create a business plan for the assigned area or market segment, identifying potential customers and pursuing a sales plan to acquire those prospects.
  • Track record of growing sales.
  • Leadership approach to selling. Able to pull in the right people in at the right time.
  • Proven record of closing complex deals.
  • Technology literate with the ability to learn and understand the valve technology.
  • Flexible. Domin is growing and therefore ever changing. This will excite you.
  • Strong IT and business processes skills.
  • Strong presentation, written and relational skills
  • Bristol based, or willing to relocate.
